Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear to my appointment? 

Loose fitting, comfortable clothing. You will  remain fully clothed for your appointment.

How long will my appointment be? 

Plan on 55 minutes.

How many visits will I need? 

I anticipate that you will feel a significant reduction  in your pain  after 3 visits and may need up to 3 more to polish things up.  Every person is different however, and we will discuss your treatment plan on your first visit

Do you work with insurance? 

Mary Eaman Physical Therapy is not a contracted provider with any insurance company.  A superbill can be issued for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. 

Due to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services guidelines, we are not allowed to accept cash from Medicare or Medicaid patients, therefore we are unable to treat these patients.  

What forms of payment do you accept? 

We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and credit card payments including HSA/FSA credit cards.
